Sun Valley Bronze Restock Policy

Please call or use our Online form to receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number within 30 days of purchase prior to returning merchandise, returns WILL NOT be accepted without one. Forty percent (40%) restocking fee applies to all returns. NO RETURNS accepted on Gate Latches. Defective products will be replaced.

If an item is returnable (See restocking list), you must first call or use form below to request a return goods authorization (RGA) prior to returning any items purchased through us.

We will not accept any returns without an RGA. All items must be returned in "Re-Saleable Condition", in original packaging with all parts included. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
