Every year around this time the North Idaho Building Contractors Association (NIBCA) produces the Parade of Homes, showcasing North Idaho’s best new residential homes of the season. Participating homes reveal the latest technological advances and design trends of the year. It’s also an incredible opportunity for builders, trade contractors, and suppliers like us, to share the projects we’ve helped bring to life within our communities. Our industry, along with many others, is facing unique challenges regarding supply chain and lead time issues. Subsequently, the homes in this year’s parade are even more impressive than usual. This year’s NIBCA Parade of Homes has come to a close and hardware was on grand display. We’re excited to give you the 2021 NIBCA Parade of Homes hardware tour. We specified hardware for three award-winning NIBCA homes, voted on by a panel of regional building industry experts.
1. The Pasture View by Anthem Pacific Homes
The Pasture View by Anthem Pacific Homes is this year’s big winner of Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite & Bath, Best Interior & Floorplan, and Best Use of Innovation for the Spruce price tier ($$$$). This home is located in the new Post Falls, ID community of Tranquil Meadows.
The gorgeous entry features Sure-Loc’s Modern Stockholm Handleset in a stark flat black finish. The sleek appearance and smooth functionality harmonize with modern-urban trends in both design and aesthetic. Also featured at the entry of this home is Deltana’s Round Doorbell Button, constructed of solid brass and as a result, will last a lifetime.

The clean forms create a minimalist statement that is both modern and timeless. We love the way the champagne bronze finish complements the natural cabinetry, creating a warm and comforting space.
Upstairs, Allison by Amerock’s Caliber Collection of knobs and pulls is on display in this breathtaking master bath. The geometric lineage and champagne bronze finish leave a lasting impression with contemporary, chic appeal.
Throughout The Pasture View you can also find Sure-Loc’s Modern Basel Door Lever Set in flat black sprinkled across the interior doors. Boasting so many modern craftsmen touches in its design, this home was sure to impress. 2. The Luxe by Rosenberger Construction
The Luxe by Rosenberger Construction is this year’s winner of Best Exterior & Curb Appeal for the Tamarack price tier ($$$$$), and it’s easy to see why. Located in beautiful Hayden, ID, the mix of timber and stone combined with clean and modern design elements provides a fresh take on the Northwest lifestyle.
The exterior of this home features stunning French doors and matching Emtek Lausanne Tubular Door Entry Set handles in a gorgeous satin brass finish. The handle set is constructed of solid forged brass and crafted into this classic, modern design.
Once inside, on the right side of the master suite is a Flat Rail Sliding Barn Door Track Set. The barn door creates an efficient use of space while adding both style and personality to the room.
Down the hall is the contemporary Schalge Latitude Door Lever Set in a matte black finish. Notice how the design beautifully ties this corner of the room together.
